General Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order via this web site you are making an offer to Dee and Gee Designs to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation email that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Dee and Gee Designs for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
We endeavour to progress all our orders within 7 days from receipt, stock permitting. Orders are sent Second Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and as part of our customer service, we will advise you via email of the reference number in order that you may track and trace the delivery progression .
We are happy to deliver outside the UK, therefore, please contact us for the current pricing of the Royal Mail’s International Signed For service.
RETURNS. We want you to be delighted with the products you have chosen from us so you can return any item* (exceptions detailed below) provided that the returned products are received in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging for an exchange/refund within 21 days of receipt. You will have to arrange and pay for this (except where the item is faulty). Alternatively, we can collect from you, but this cost will be deducted from any refund. The responsibility for return parcels lost in transit is yours so you may wish to send them Recorded Delivery but we cannot refund this charge.
Replacements will be sent to you free of postage and packaging charges (UK only).
* Earrings & Special/Bespoke order items
Please note that for hygiene reasons, all our earrings for pierced ears are not returnable. Bespoke/made-to-order items which have been specially made for you are also not returnable. Your statutory rights are not affected.
To return any products to us , please complete the Return/Exchange Form on the reverse of the Delivery Note which accompanied the delivery. Securely pack the items back in the parcel, enclose the completed Delivery Note and send it to: - Refunds Department, Dee and Gee Designs, 85 Middlethorpe Grove, York, North Yorkshire., United Kingdom.
